Considered one of the best displays showcased, Jamaica definitely represented for their culture at CARIFESTA 2019. With high anticipation for Jamaica’s country night, patrons turned out in their numbers to witness the cultural and artistic extravaganza, as the Jamaican Delegation delivered yet another successful performance.

With their success and support continuing to grow at the biennial festival, this year’s delegation is now being labelled their largest to date and the largest to attend CARIFESTA XIV. The Jamaica delegation with over 160 persons attending the Caribbean Festival of the Arts included Fashion Designers, Writers and Publishers, Artisans, Singers, Dance companies, Theatre groups and so much more, showcasing and marketing the talent of some of Jamaica’s top creatives to the region.
On Monday 19th August, 2019 patrons were treated to a stellar show at the Queen’s Park Savannah from an amazing performance cast which included Vocalist- Sarina Constantine & Chevaughn, Gospel Singer- Kevin Downswell, Performing company- L’Acadco, Stella Maris, NDTC, Quilt and The Ashe Company.

Some patrons even commended the entire flow of the show, saying that they appreciated that there was something for everyone to enjoy, both young and old.
