Trinidadian Author Daniel Francis: “The Millennial Mind”

Written by: Nekisha Cyrus

He is a Millennial helping other Millennials.

Meet Trinidadian Daniel Francis, an accomplished Personal Development Coach, a successful Entrepreneur, Events Co-ordinator and now he’s adding Author to his already impressive resume.

For the past three years, Daniel Francis has been working with Millennials under ReBIT Limited (a Leadership/ Personal Development company). His work targets Millennials and helps them tap into their full potential by utilizing skills developed under Leadership Management International. Through his extensive work with hundreds of Millennials, facilitating workshops, consultations and programs; he was inspired to write a book that would help guide Millennials into becoming the best version of themselves by teaching them practical skills like time management, goal setting and staying consistent.

A Millennial (according to Google) is a person born between 1981 and 1996, which puts them somewhere between 24-39 years of age. This means that Millennials make up a large portion of the working population from entry-level up to managerial positions. With such a range in age, it is safe to say that all Millennials were not created equally. A Millennial born in 1996, it stands to reason, would have been born into a more technologically advanced period than a Millennial born in 1981. Depending on where the Millennial falls within this range, the degree of obstacles they face may vary.

‘The Millennial Mind: Success Secrets for Unlocking Your Full Potential’ motivates millennials through relatable stories and practical solutions. Each chapter explores common issues and stumbling blocks on the journey to success.

Readers are led on a thought-provoking journey that will equip them with the necessary tools to achieve success for themselves. With chapters such as ‘Quarter Life Crisis’, ‘Push-Pull Factor’, ‘Blame Tag’, ‘The Choice is Yours’ and so much more.

Excerpt from the book: “Gaining control requires a change in mind-set. Life happens, it does. Some have it easy and some have it hard but that shouldn’t affect your effort. Some people do so much with so little, so what’s stopping you from doing the same. It’s all about focusing on what you can control. Sometimes you can’t control your outside environment or even people but you know what you can control: your mind-set. Fortify yourself with a success mind-set that no external attack can breach. Driven, focused, and unshakeable. A mind-set of nothing can stop you from achieving what you set out to do. “
