Mr. Killa is revolutionizing the Carnival experience with his new ‘Go Carnival App’.

The 2019 International Soca Monarch winner and Grenadian Soca Superstar Hollice Mapp aka Mr. Killa recently announced the launch of his ‘Go Carnival App’ at the Hideaway rooftop in True Blue, Grenada on Tuesday 23rd July, 2019.

Coined as the first of its kind, the ‘Go Carnival App’ is your one stop shop for everything carnival. It Creates a platform for persons globally to learn more about the various carnivals taking place throughout the Caribbean and the world each year, making information about events, music, bands, costumes and so much more easier and accessible to users for free.

The user-friendly app also provides a medium for stakeholders and service providers to advertise, network and benefit financially as well. Service providers are required to pay an annual subscription fee that allows them to create their profile and upload unlimited content. The app also allows users to connect with them directly with just a simply click.

The ‘Go Carnival App’ was developed by Pieces Technology in conjunction with Promo Caribbean, companies owned by fellow Grenadian Nigel Jones who said that he approached Mr. Killa two years ago with a concept and the brainstorming begun. Speaking at the launch, Mr Killa encouraged all artistes to use the app to start monetizing their pages because they have been suffering due to not being able to monetize or copyright their music properly over the years. This is only just the beginning of what they have in store, as they gear up to promote the app in various cities.

We at Caribbean Entertainment Hub commends this initiative to propel our culture forward and create further avenues for future sustainability.
