Chronixx To Release New Album In 2020

Written by: Jerome Marshall

In an interview with Caribbean Entertainment Hub, Chronixx revealed that he is working on a new album to be released in the first half of 2020.

New songs from the album would contain a combination of all musical elements. The project would include all the semiotics of original music and instruments, together with orchestral music.

“The album is like an experiment, right? I’m not sure of what the end product will be: Politics, spirituality, wealth, and female empowerment. The efforts are to evoke deep emotions”. Chronixx said.

He also explained: “I don’t release music unless it feels real, in no rush to spit out hits after hits”.

Chronixx was hesitant to release the date, title, and number of tracks at the time, but gave a two-month estimated time for the release.

During the course of the interview Chronixx also stated:

“Being back home is a good experience; I celebrate by treating myself to a (feast).”

Since having his first daughter, the whole experience has been good. Chronixx sees her as a new inspiration for writing music and being a dad as very fulfilling. Being able to prepare food for his child and his family. He strongly endorses organic lifestyle and enjoys cooking for himself and family.

Nothing compares to 2017 when he did over 200 shows and is now resting for the sake of his health and uses mediation to cope.

Upcoming tours are ‘Afro Nation” on March 21st 2020.

“THE LOVE FOR MUSIC is what keeps me going……” he concluded.
