To use these services, you must open an advertiser account. To post an advertisement you must complete the advertising form on our website. All required fields must accurately and truthfully be completed. All ads most pertain to Caribbean entertainment as limited by the categories in the advertising form. False or misleading ads will not be posted or will be removed if posted. You acknowledge that CEH is just a platform for you to post your content and as such you are solely responsible for the liability of your content. You are not allowed to post any content that you do not own or have permission from the relevant authorities to post. Violation of this policy may result in copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights violation and subject you to civil or criminal penalties.
The contents of your post most not contain any form of offensive language which CEH, in its own discretion, finds to be sexually explicit, obscene, racial, vulgar or objectionable. Any post containing such language will not be published or if published, will be trashed upon discovery of its objectionable nature.
Advertisers must ensure the accuracy of their post before submitting as alterations or removal can only be accomplished by contacting CEH. There is no time frame as to when such request will be performed.
Also, you agree that once you submit a post all of its content is owned by CEH and cannot be withdrawn.
You agree that the subject of your advertisement (as stated in the post title) will be exposed to reviews by users of CEH, and that these reviews will be aggregated, tabulated and displayed for all viewers. CEH cannot be held liable for any loss to you resulting from displaying these reviews. Furthermore, CEH on its own volition will only remove negative reviews, if CEH deems them to be unfounded and posted in malice or spite.
To leave reviews you must open at least a reviewer account. You must use an email address with which you have reliable access to.
When leaving reviews, your comments must be truthful and accurate and not over embellish or exaggerate a situation or condition. It is our mission at CEH to have our advertised products truthfully represented to our users and hence, untruthful, spiteful or exaggerated comments will be removed. Furthermore, any review containing content that is libelous, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, obscene, defamatory, or can be reasonably be considered objectionable will be removed.
In the event that your review is challenged you will be contacted by email. Failure to respond within three days will result in your review being removed.
