Shinelle Cottoy-Davis, aka ‘Nelly Cottoy’ is quickly becoming a star on the rise who is about to take the world by storm. The Trinidadian Dancehall Recording Artiste has already received endorsements from some of the music industry giants both locally and internationally. With many popular hits released thus far, her latest viral single ‘Nom, Nom, Nom’ (released in 2022) has been officially labelled the ‘Fatman Anthem’. With both viral funny and dance video challenges circulating across social media, it is safe to say that fat men are in full support of this one. And the new music releases haven’t quite stopped there, as she has already dropped what is being predicted as the summer anthem for 2023, titled ‘Innie’, featuring one of T&T popular social media personalities Roma (see playlist below).

Nelly continues to prove that hard work, consistency, and resilience are definitely keys to success. Not only is she a talented and versatile Artiste, but she is also a happily married wife, mother of a beautiful baby girl, and a businesswoman with her own fashion boutique- ‘Designer Hanger’ and Jamaican food establishment- ‘Rovelto’s‘.
