“Hulk” has shown itself to be the most consistent song on the soca/Afrobeat top 10 charts so far for 2018. After making several attempts to stand on top of the soca Kingdom, this week he has finally reached the summit. No wonder that this song is doing so well, it has a pulsing up-tempo beat, beautiful melody and harmony played by real musician, and most of all, its lyrics delivers a positive message weaved into the destructive behavior of the monster. Well done Blaxx for taking soca to another level and being no. 1 this week.
